Design concept
1.Seat & back: one-piece seamless joint design, fit the human body curve, conform to ergonomic design, ensure the safety of the seat and avoid accidents;
2. PU seat back: The curved seat back meets the ergonomic design, and is molded by high-density polyurethane (PU) to support the waist to make the seat more comfortable;
3. Wave pattern design: the backrest has a wave water pattern that fits the human body curve, and the backrest increases the functional effect of massaging the back and relieving fatigue;
4. One-piece beam: 1.8MM thick high-quality iron square tube is used, which has super strong bearing capacity and stability.
Material description
Armrest / Leg / Bracket: the use of high quality aluminum alloy material, large investment casting
mold die casting after direct polishing, electrostatic powder spraying treatment.
Seat / Back: High density self-skin PU, built-in high strength steel plate metal and high quality
square tube made of iron frame, the use of special precision foaming mold, with forming seat back
iron plate, by high-speed pressure PU machine foaming molding.
Beam: High strength iron square pipe, good bearing capacity, stable and practical.
Headrest: High density polyurethane (PU) molded molded.
Handrail cover: High density polyurethane (PU) molded.
Infusion rod: Made of high quality cold rolled steel, deeply polished, corrosion resistant, not easy to
rust.
